The Documentary “Stacy Mitchhart: NASHVEGAS BLUES” completely floored me the first time I saw it!! Independent filmmaker Tim Hardiman approached me 6 years ago and asked if I would be the subject of his first documentary. I said “Why me???” Tim told me that he felt I had changed the musical landscape of Nashville, revitalized historical Printer’s Alley, and had an interesting story that needed to be told. He asked for full access. I gave it to him! He traveled to Amsterdam, Holland with me, we revisited my musical roots in Cincinnati, OH, showed the band in all types of situations, and visited my home.  He interviewed family, friends, club owners and peers. During the filming  my father passed away- he captured some very powerful moments during that time. (I cried when I saw it).
 

All in all, the Documentary “Stacy Mitchhart: NASHVEGAS BLUES” is an in depth examination of my life as a musical artist and entertainer as well as a person.
